Welcome to the DACA Renewal Virtual Clinic
The DACA Renewal Virtual Clinic is intended for DACA recipients whose work permit expire within 2020 and are residents of the state of Wisconsin. Given the current situation that the world is facing with COVID-19, Empowering Citizens has decided to make this DACA renewal clinic virtual. All matters will be handled through email, phone calls, and mail.
We encourage everyone who has not yet renewed their DACA to do so as soon as possible before the Supreme Court decides on the future of the program. We expect the Supreme Court to decide on the program between now and the end of June 2020 (subject to change by the Supreme Court) Empowering Citizens is proud to partner with eight trusted immigration attorneys from seven local immigration law firms to provide a limited legal service to our community so that DACA recipients can renew their DACA at no cost besides a minimal shipping and handling fee. |
